Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to purchases of Builder Languages for Breakdance and related UX Widget software sold through Freemius checkout.

1. Who we are

UX Widget (“we”, “us”) sells independent WordPress companion software. Builder Languages for Breakdance is not an official Breakdance product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Breakdance / Soflyy.

2. The product

Builder Languages for Breakdance provides language packs for the Breakdance Builder interface, related admin screens, and first-party Breakdance elements, within the supported locales listed on the product page.

Free edition

A free edition may be offered via WordPress.org and/or Freemius. Free includes a limited set of locales (currently Portuguese Brazil and Spanish Spain) for use on a single site, as described on the product page. Free does not include paid-plan languages, multi-site licenses, or paid support entitlements. Upgrading to a Pro plan is optional and handled through Freemius checkout.

3. License & sites

Licenses are sold as annual subscriptions via Freemius and are limited to the number of production sites included in the plan you purchase (for example 1, 5, 20, or 50 sites). Staging / localhost usage follows Freemius licensing rules.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share license keys. License abuse may result in suspension without refund.

4. Payments & renewals

Payments are processed securely by Freemius (Merchant of Record). Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude VAT / sales tax, which Freemius may collect based on your location.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can manage renewals, upgrades, and billing from your Freemius / WordPress account screens.

5. Refund policy (14 days)

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase when:

1. The plugin does not work on a supported environment (compatible WordPress, PHP, and Breakdance versions), and
2. UX Widget support cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time after you provide the information we request.

Not eligible for refund

• The free edition (no purchase / no paid license)
• Change of mind after extended use without a technical defect
• Requests after the 14-day window
• Sites without Breakdance, or versions below the stated minimum requirements
• Issues caused by conflicting third-party code, custom forks, or unsupported setups
• Licenses already transferred or used in violation of these terms / Freemius terms

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the purchase email.
2. Include your Freemius license ID / order email and a short description of the issue.
3. After approval, the license is deactivated and Freemius processes the refund.

Freemius and payment-gateway policies may also apply. If there is a conflict, the checkout / Freemius agreement controls where required by law.

6. Support

Support is included during an active subscription for the purchased product. Contact: [email protected].

7. Updates

Updates are delivered through Freemius while your subscription is active. We aim to keep compatibility with current Breakdance releases, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every future beta or third-party add-on on day one.

8. Disclaimer

Software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. UX Widget is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the plugin, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use or renewal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future periods.
